What We Do
AWS-certified welders executing GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and robotic GMAW across steel, aluminum, titanium, armor plate, Inconel, Hastelloy, and exotic alloys. Multi-pass, thick-section, and high-spec weldments.
5-axis and multi-axis CNC machining capability on steel, aluminum, titanium, armor plate, Inconel, Hastelloy, and stainless. Two HAAS UMC 750 5-axis centers plus a HAAS VF-5/50 with 60" X-axis travel for larger workpieces.
Mitsubishi 6kW fiber laser on a 60"×120" bed cutting carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and titanium up to 1". Hypertherm CNC plasma table to 2.25" severance. Portable plasma and oxy-fuel for field and shop support.
Fanuc Arc Mate 50iC 5L robotic cell powered by Miller Powerwave 500 for repeatable MIG and pulse MIG production welding. Ideal for repeat-run components requiring consistent weld quality, speed, and process control.
Heavy fabrication, complex fixturing, and assembly for defense and aerospace programs. AccurPress CNC press brake to 250T / 120" bend length. 5-ton overhead crane. Dedicated fabrication tables for fit-up and layout.
Qualified welding procedures for exotic and specialty materials. WPS/PQR development, first article inspection support, and welder workmanship programs, with qualification testing and welding-engineering support from our affiliate, United Technical.
The Shop Floor
Jack & Sons maintains a fully equipped in-house manufacturing facility built for complex, build-to-print, and defense-grade work. Our equipment base is not a collection of entry-level machines — it's a production-ready platform selected to handle demanding materials, tight tolerances, and repeatable output.
From dual 5-axis machining centers to a Fanuc robotic welding cell and a 6kW fiber laser, the shop is set up to take a project from raw material through finished, inspected assembly.
